Adrien Bono is personally responsible for executing sale and capital raising mandates: the first conversation, preparing the transaction, approaching counterparties, negotiating and following through to completion. He remains your point of contact throughout.
Firouz Vakil — Senior Advisor
Firouz Vakil acts as a senior advisor. He contributes his perspective on financial structuring and on transactions with an institutional or international dimension, where the situation calls for it.

Working with your other advisers
Your lawyer and accountant remain responsible for the legal, tax and accounting aspects of the transaction. We coordinate timing and exchanges with them, without replacing their advice.
